2.If yes can anybobdy tell what are the matching ones?
3.I heard it is necessary to have matching blood group to give birth to healthy babies.

No, it's not necessary to have a matching blood type in order to get married. As for having matching blood types in order to have a healthy baby, I think what you're talking about is the Rh factor, which is indicated by the positive or negative part of your blood type. If the mother has a negative Rh factor while the father has a positive one, a baby with a positive Rh factor can be produced. The mother's body may then attack the baby as a foreign substance. However, shots can be given to the mother to prevent this and she'll still be able to give birth to a healthy baby.

Talisman is correct. Most blood tests are required by state laws to make sure you are not related or too closely related...like if a brother and sister were to get married...gross, but it happens or if you were cousins and didnt know it. As for having a healthy baby blood typing isnt much of a concern anymore. I know a few couples actually that had to have Rh shots during the pregnancy and they had perfectly healthy babies. Unless you are worried about genetic disorders then you can go to a genetics counselor. They are expensive but a lot of people do it. I know the RH factor is tested for as soon as they find out your are pregnant. So your doctor would tell you if there are any worries or concerns.

I think blood group checking is somewhat necessary to have healthy children. Mainly thalasemia testing should be don efor both as if anyone is carrier, the children can have this disese. I have heard for one +ve and other -ve also it should be checked.

For those that are in Europe and the Americas I think that is a neccessity since your blood group has this negative and positive thing that really is bad when the two are married. I think the couple will be having problems getting pregnant if one is negative and the other is positive. There is a possiblility too that the baby if it survived could have complications in the liver. Here in Asia it is rare but in our case here in the Philippines it slowly is showing since we are a mixed race that is why there are few rare cases sprouting here and there.

I think, it is not necessary in the most of the cases. It is required to be matched when one of the partners' group is 'O' negative.
