Moving to Austraila

Is anyone thinking of moving to Australia in the next 2 or 3 years? Where are you thinking of moving to? I am hoping to move soon as I'm trained as a chef here in the uk. Has anyone moved over there from the UK as a chef? please can you let me know and any tips tricks would be great. many thanks lyn
