Who do you use for traffic exchange?

I am looking for some new ways to generate traffic. Especially in the next few weeks when I join the Coastal program. Who do you use for traffic exchanges and just to generate traffic period?

I use easyhits4u its a nice site and its free all you have to do is surf traffic and you can use the credits from that to promote your site http://www.easyhits4u.com/?ref=mitchreid2000
