Tried the water color calendar, over an hour on my first New Year's Day picture.

This is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Just mixing colors to try to get something like what the original artist created was a lot of time. Wish they had white in the color choices, I may have some white from another kit, I can make black with the darker colors, but can't lighten up the med. tones that they gave me without white. But it was fun and interesting. Just will take a lot more time than I thought. Wish I had gotten Kirigami one in a way. Maybe after I've done it for awhile, I'll like it. Have you tried any of the craft calendars? If not, what new crafts/projects will you be trying this year? Has any craft been more than you bargained for? Take care
