Do you have a comfort food or snacK?

I think mine would be dry frosted flakes. I think that is the best little snack in the world. Even when Im down and out, i dont reach for ice cream or nothing. I just grab the box of frosted flakes!

My favorite comfort food is a bag potato chip...i just feel better after eating it...and then if im feeling really down and wants to get out of the house i go to the pizza house and eat my favorite pizza and then im happy again!

To comfort me I eat chocolate. While eating chocolate I listen to children song. But to make my day good I start my day with chocolate.

If i have it in the house cookie dough, but really anything taht is chocolate or has chocolate in it. Or chips, i like all junk food, and i'm really surprised that i am not overweight! lol. I eat so much junk. I know its bad for me, but i can't stop!

The only types of snacks I eat are mixed nutz, fruits, or yogurts

I think mine would be chocolates. Chocolates contain a variety of substances, some of which have an effect on body chemistry. These include sugar, theobromine, tryptophan, phenethylamine, and caffeine.

My favourite comfort food is Nutella!!! It's amazing. Seriously.
