What keeps you smiling and happy?

Happiness is the greatest gift in this world.
It is the greatest energy to consume.
Happiness is where we stand our ground through the good and
bad times.
It helps us conquer our battles when the times get rough.
Knowing that I have family members that are there for me while I'm there for them.
To see my sister soon to be married to her man that loves her. Having a great brother in law that can be a great friend as well.
Popping the corks from the wine bottles, drinking until were are daze enjoying a game of poker while listening to the music.
Having confidence and believing in yourself knowing that nothing can stand in your way.

What keeps me happy is that I have my friends, family and my job here in Manila. And to always put a smile on when I'm taking a picture.

I smile when I look at my family and see what I have achieved in my life so far. To some it is nothing but to me it is a lot.
Being a Mum to a largefamily is a huge achievement.
Just wish my eldest son could be here to share in it too.

I have to say that the most important thing that keeps me happy is my relationship with the Lord. I feel strength, peace, and safety. Next, is knowing that I can count on the love of my family. Then finally, my friends who let me just the way I am, makes me happy.

My 6 boys and hubby all keep me smiling. I also am active in my community which also keeps me feeling good and positive.

It differs from day to day.
Sometimes it can be the touch of a dog I like.
Sometimes it might be some monetary gift I receive when I'm in the real need of money
It can even be an interesting movie.
It can be a worthy read of a book.
It might also be a nice session of myLotting.
Sometimes also soothing music.
A peck on my cheek from a little child.
Likewise, there are lots of things that keep me happy and smiling.

Hi darkangel079,
Yes. Smiling and happiness are wonderful gifts given to us.
I talk with everybody with a joking manner.Let it be my family i.e wife,children,relatives,friends and also with everyone who I come in contact with talking. I make them enjoy talking to me and I enjoy their enjoyment. I am proud to say people who know me come to me for discussion when they are in trouble and my relatives wait for my arrival when there is a function to enjoy my talking. Only because of this my children always open a subject to keep me talking.
I thank you for having given me an oppurtunity to express my feelings on smile and happiness.

What keeps me smiling and happy is my family.They are always there for me no matter what and they make me happy with the smallest things like just making a cup of tea or a cup of coffee.Or just asking to walk with them and have a talk for example or just walk the dog.So you can actually say the quality time with my family.
