How did you celebrate New Years?

How did you celebrate New Years? I watched the countdown on TV with my family. It was nice and relaxing. What about you guys?

For the first time in a long, long time, I didn't see the ball drop. I was busy watching the Fred Astaire-Ginger Rogers marathon on TCM.It started at 8pm and ended at 7am. At the stroke of 12am, Top Hat was starting.

i had a nice quiet one as well.my son and i watched the 9pm fireworks from my balcony then watched the midnight ones on t.v.we just ate and relaxed and it was really enjoyable after having a hectic year.cheers sue
