That's a toughy. It's when you have a sort of set of personal ties that can't be broken.

it means only one thing when you are in pain but still you think about her....

love is a hard word to discribe but my meaning of love is that way I feel about a certain friend or a spouce love is understanding, compassion, trust,someone that you want to spend the rest of your life with and being happy to be with that special someone love is also haveing children but that is a totally different kind of love, love comes in all kinds of forms rather it is your spouce ,friend,children ,parents,grandchildren rather they are yours or not I hope that this explains it better
