Help: How will I add 3 more IP addresses with PLDT DSL?

We currently have the Empire Business Package of PLDT. With that, we are given 5 IP addresses. Now, we need 3 more IP addresses, how can we process that? I've been to the customer service centers of PLDT but they don't know what to do. As they said, this is the first time they encounter this problem. Oh my, I can't believe such comment. What will I do now? Where will I go?
