yeah I lost 10 kg in 3 and a half weeks when I became celiac. I was already lactose intolerant so I was living without any dairy, wheat or gluten. Which means no milk, cheese, icecream, chocolate, bread, certain sauces, pasta, fast food etc. I was pretty much living on sushi and salad!

It's a long period exercise before you make it. During that time, you must do a lot of exercise everyday, and have less food. You will feel hungry and boring at the beginning. Hold on and don't give up!!
