I cannot believe how horrible OldNavy's customer service is. Today, I call in about some questions about my account and not only can they not answer a darn question I had, one representative actually refused to connect me to a supervisor- I had to hang up and call back, in which I was put on hold for another 15 minutes until I hung up.
I went thru 6 different phone numbers- each one telling me that I had been given the wrong number to contact and then given yet another number. I have tried to be placed in touch with a supervisor twice, and both were unsuccessful. This is absolutely ridiculous!
This is the second time I've called the customer service with questions. The first time, only a few months ago, I was connected to what had to be the most rude rep. they had available. She was so rude that they ended up crediting me $10 (the late charge I received because of the rude lady). So, I wasn't actually credited but at least they took care of that.
I can't even get online to pay my bill right now with them because they have so many different departments and not a single person can give me my password. Online, nothing works. It won't even let me sign in with my e-mail address that I confirmed with the first guy over the phone. "Yes," he said, "that is the correct address." I am not an idiot (not always anyway, hah). When I signed up online, I wrote all my info down: username, the e-mail address I used, and password. Amazing that now it says it's all incorrect! I think I would be the one to know where the heck I was born, my mother's maiden name, etc. And when I called, they have all the info that I stated: same answers!Well, then WHY does the OldNavy site say that it is the wrong address??!!! lmao
I mean, I can't do anything but laugh now. I am so frustrated I could punch a hole thru the wall.
And the last thing I want to hear over the phone from a freaking old navy representative is condensation. Is this what they are looking for in people when they hire??
It's called customer care for a freaking reason: to care for the customer! I am trying to give them money! The guy just tells me to pay the bill another way.... um, HELLO!!! EARTH TO OLD NAVY! I would still need to get online in the future! The best part is, they have "many different online billing providers" so they can't tell me which one is in charge of my account and they are the only people that can give me my password... (more laughing)
aaahhhhhh, idiots! I'm paying this bill and canceling the credit card. This is absolutely absurd!
I recommend everyone stay away from their credit cards....
