Usually unless an item is sold in a shop after completing a quest I prefer to actually try to get it from a drop. It makes the game more challenging. I've managed to get all the dragon weapons & armor in this way except the chain. I've been trying for quite some time to get the dragon chain either from the Kalaphite Queen or Dust devils with no success. The other day I realized I'd stockpiled a lot of GP while working on my skills. So as a New Years gift for myself I broke down & bought it.
Now all I have left is to upgrade from the med to a full helm.
My costume room is pretty much stocked out now to. I just need the Void melea & Mage helms in my armor case & some of the Treasure Trail sets. I have several of those pieces, just not the set.
If they give us places to put the Barrows & Granite sets in there I'll go after them too.
What big challenges have you given yourself in the game?

well im trying to get enough money for a whip coz I cant get it myself - 85 Slayer needed.
I agree with ur idea and i do the same I always try to get the stuff from drops.
but I dont know about drag stuff...they're pretty tough to kill.
BTW never try to kill dust devils for drag chains - the proability is extremely low!!!
Even for the Kaplphite Queen which is way tougher than the dust devil, its difficult to get drag chain from her, then its way more difficult from a dust devil!!!

That sounds very intersting,to me its (sorry for the comparison)like one of my daughters princesses game where she gets to collect alot of items like gowns, crowns, gems, magic torches, etc and save them in her magical gem chest in the secret room in the palace. Her favorite one is a white lace gown with butterflys on it that come to life. Its a great game.Im happy that you bought it!:)
