Is Shippuden better that the Normal episodes?

first episodes were way better than shippuden excluding the fillers (ep 136 or somethign to whatever). in the first episodes the fights were better, they flowed better and didnt take ages. have a look at shippuden for example, theyre on the bridge of heaven and earth, and theyre having a freaking staring contest with the dramatic wind blowing in their hair for 20 minutes. also, when naruto has the fox demon's cloak, they have given him ugly black lips and black eyeliner. ep 133 where he fights sasuke in the valley of the end is a much better kyuubi controlled naruto. but yeh, shippuden is going slowly, the fights are going slowly, and its not flowing as good.
