What will you do if you have a child outside marriage....

Last Christmas, my brother talked to me and shared his problem. He said that he has a son in other woman who is now a 12 years old boy. He has a 3 daughter from his wife and he is very excited to have a son. The problem is his wife and his 3 daughter doesn't know that he has a son outside marriage. The mother of his son have been married too and had a family too.
If you are in his shoe, what will you do? Do you tell your wife and your 3 daughter that you had a son outside a marriage or you can keep it secret forever?

I would tell. I would love my son, and I would want to acknowledge him and for him to be a part of my life. Keeping him a secret would seem like he was something to be ashamed of, and I would never want a child of mine to feel like that.
