ok if a ninja is on a long s-ranked mission how do the ygo to the bathroom and stuff when they have to be on their gaurd at like all times and Wouldn't it be hard to look as proper as if they had just taken a shower?

Don't really have any good answer on that, i think being focused for longer times tires you out, making it easier to not think of danger and stuff. It could also be that they know that their target is not near them, so they can afford the risk of a warm bath. It could also be that they have someone posing as a lookout, that could warn the .person taking a bath if there is danger incoming (like their target). I don't think looking proper does to much of a difference, a reason to shower instead of taking a bath is because you can jump into a shower instantly. If you use a bathtub, it takes a little time for it to fill up, and public baths expose to much risk to use.
