Since different religions are all mutually exclusive, then all but one MUST be false.
If more than one was true, there would be a contradiction.
So the number of religions that can be true is either 0 or 1.
Most people choose 1, a different 1 for everybody, so they engage in war between themselves. I choose 0, because that's what I realistically see as most probable, and because that's what grants peace.

Hi milondali07, I don't believe that any religion is right or wrong, It is a personal choice. Some people do terrible things in the name of religion, but that may be a misunderstanding of the true teachings of their religion. Many people don't subscribe to any religion, others don't believe in a God or an afterlife. That too is a personal choice. Blessings.

i think extremism/ fundamentalism is what corrupts religion, and sadly it is hard to separate the too. i don't follow any organized religion for that very set reason

Wrong?? No. Misinterpreted and exploited? Most definitely. Pretty much all religions that I have had the chance to somewhat learn about are fundamentally good; it is the abuse of the message and the exploitation of aspects of each that cause the issues in the world. Fundamentalist Islam is one such abuse of a widely misunderstood Muslim religion. The Branch Davidians abused the word of Christianity. It is endless. I personally disagree with ANY culture or individual that uses the words or doctrines of religion for improper, financial and/or immoral gain or for exploitation. It is actually the attitude of many religions seeing other religions as wrong that have caused such turbulence in the world since time began.

There is nothing wrong with religion. Some people do however take it too far and that's one of the things about it that I don't feel is right. I don't like Bible Thumpers, those are people who try to force you into their religion, or those who come to your door and try to sell you religion. That I don't believe in, to me that's going a little to far. As for what you believe in, then fine, you have a right to believe in what you want, or if you don't believe in religion, that's fine too. As long as those who are religious don't force me into their religion, I'm happy.
I'm not religious, but I do believe in God.

No religion is wrong. Everyone has there own opinion of things and thats ok. When it come to religion I would say that I am very open minded when it comes to it.

People are given the freedom of choice. All religions teach good things; their only difference is salvation. The only religion that leads to salvation is the religion in the Holy Bible - the Christian religion. It is only the God in the Holy Bible who promises everlasting life with Him if we obey Him.

There's nothing wrong with religion but there's something wrong with the people who practise the religion and are going too far. Those are not only the extremists but sometimes also people who are nice but take it too literally and only live by the bible. There so much more than the bible only.

Religion is not anything that you believe. Religion is a lifestyle, your lifestyle. Whoever says your lifestyle is wrong. Well, sometimes it is wrong depending on our moral measures. All religion's purpose and mission is all for the good. It is the members who makes it wrong. If someone say that my religion is bad, well, that is because I lived it wrong. If someone say that that religion is wrong, he said it wrong. We must not point the religion, we must point those people in that religion.

In the general sense I won't say any religion is wrong, and all of them are trying for betterment of mankind and of love.
As I found Islam as the religion from God through Quran, I really believe there is no other religion that give completely accurate and clear messages from God and way of our life. God says to man: to believe in God, whorship him, accept his direction to live here, do good deeds from our short life period here, then can attain an everlasting paradise hereafter.
Cheers.

Religion is a very personal experience. As long as a person's religion doesn't tell them to hurt people then its not up to me to say what is right and what is wrong. But a word of caution, many people claim that their religion condones violence, but most of the time such people just use religion as a justification for their behaviour.

I don't think any religion is wrong to believe in, because believing in something never really hurt although the amount you believe in does hurt sometimes as that's why usually a lot of wars start up because of religious beliefs, I just don't agree with a lot of things that there is one all powerful being that created the human race and the planets, and also a so called holy book who does not mention anything from what I've read about Scientifically proved the things we call Dinosaurs so I refuse to believe that a religion that does not acknowledge something proved is kind of crap I would say worse words but hey this site has rules.

Religion in itself is nothing more than an attempt to bring everyone together. That is a noble cause.
The problem is that far too many religions get wrapped up in unrealistic concepts, and start imposing weird rules and/or rejecting reality in favor of ideas that make no sense, and that's when it gets ugly. Every one of the three largest religions in the world today are guilty of this.
For an example of a religion that is NOT guilty of this, check out secular humanism. It looks like that is one of the few religions that "gets it right."
