smoking is killing me

I have been smoking for nearly six months. Even though smoking is good, it is horible for my health. Despite this I cannot quit smoking. It is very hard to quit. I have tried but I can't. Do you have any recomendations?

My friend. I can give you advice that may just save your life as it has already saved mine! If you are serious about quiting then read this book: ALLEN CARR'S EASY WAY TO STOP SMOKING. It is available all over the world in all languages and it WORKS!!!! It changed your mind set on smoking and after reading it you wont want to smoke ever again. I should know, IT WORKED FOR ME!!!! I read this book 3 months ago and after i finished the book i never smoked again. I am happy to say that today i am 3 months smoke free. :-)
