For the first time i studied about the web design, i used Netscape Composer to design very simple webpage and then to improve it i used Microsoft Frontpage 97 and 2000, from learned MS Frontpage 2000 i satisfied enough because i can unite with the design i have created with adobe photoshop, after dig more and more about web developing finally i found Macromedia Dreamweaver which give us flexibility to design a webpage starting that time i keep using Dreamwever to develop webpage. to make the template i use Corel Draw no matter the latest one or the old one my version of corel draw is 11, for scripting i prefer enjoy using ASP than PHP, i don't know why i knew every person have each taste about scripting language, so do i prefer ASP.

Simple Notepad is the best tool for creating web pages. Other than that tools like Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 (code editor only) enhanced our coding speed and gives better formatting (for code view). If you would really like to use a tool instead then I would suggest Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 which I also use and again Adobe GoLive also seems to be good. Hope you find your best match.

I hope you have deep pockets! Sadly all these products mentioned are great, but, none of them are cheap. I bought a CSS book for $15 and learnt the hard way using notepad as my editor, windows piture manager and ifanview for the graphics.
