Do you meditate?

If so, how often? Do you do it to relax, or to focus or ?? Tell me all about it. :-)

Kind of. I do yoga few times a week. It helps me to relax and not be so stressed out.

Yes I meditate, I try and spend some time meditating each day. I meditate to relax, but I find it also helps me to focus on what really matters in life and handle stresful situations much more effectively. I meditate for 15 minutes each day and do this by closing my eyes, placing my feet flat on the floor and focusing on my breath as it enters and leaves my nostrils. If my mind starts to wander I bring my focus back to my breathing.
