Manage time?

Lately i have been noticing having problems with time. I really run out of time to get everything done. One day passes then the next thing i know a week has pasted. Its starting to frustrate me on what i should do. What do you people do manage your time. Like right now i have no time to post on mylot because i have to manage my other sites by updating them, but sometimes i think i spend to much time trying out new features. What do you suggest i do to help me manage all this?
