Do you think this season of Supernatural is as good as the first two? / myLot

I love the show, but this season does not seem to be as good as the first two. The writing is sloppy and lazy. Dean is not as likable because he is so uncaring about the fact he's going to hell. What do you think?

I had actually stopped watching the show for that same reason. I'm not a fan of the role the characters are taking. I hope they change it, but with the writers strike, who knows!
