Hello, bronie! yoghurt boosts our immune system by enhancing digestion, increasing mineral absorption, synthesising certain vitamin Bs and reducing the incidence and duration of diarrhoea.generally it meets about 50%of people's daily calcium requirements.home made curd is preferred.two cups of yoghurt daily you can take for better result.it is beneficial for both men and women.thank you.

Ever since I was a teenager when I have gotten anti-biotics prescribed I have been told to eat yogurt to ward off any yeast infection. As far as I can tell it works because if I get anti-biotics and don't eat yogurt, I get yeast infections. Easting yogurt daily is a good idea because it promots healthy bacteria in your digestive track, gives you additional calcium in your diet, and gives you more potassium to help with muscle pain.
