well i think Pune is going to be the next upcoming metro.its a good place.it has all the facilities that can make it a metro.plus its clean and very calm place which people want to have nowadays.there are lots of jobs available there and many companies are opening thier branch over there.study is also good since there are really very good colleges and schools.so people in all respect can think of living there .its really worth of being metro.
