Hello rajeshpalakkad!
The moment, I realize that I am angry, I try to sit down and have a glass of water. It regulates blood pressure and supply and dilutes chemicals responsible for this feeling.
Then, I try to think what best I could do and if that would make me regret later? I usually lean towards a bit harder side (which should be understandable) but it's not the hardest or craziest thing, trust me. So, finally, whatever I do, it is after consideration of consequences and later regret, and I don't like to regret!:-)

It's always hard to balance that feeling of realizing you are angry before you act on your emotions.
I always just remind myself that anger is only going to make something worse, and that the best way to go about life really is to treat others the way we would like to be treated.
Anger only makes everything worse, and if we can simply deal with things without being angry, everything becomes just a little bit easier.

When I get angry and feel the urge to explode I try to find something to quickly get my mind off of it like surfing the net, writing a story or reading a book or on a warm day going for a walk.

anger is a guest that comes uninvited, so the best thing to do is to play a bad host to an uninvited guest as we do in real-time......
