Hw is intelligent Girl or Boy

Hi nazeempasha, Welcome to myLot. I hope you like it here, and make many new friends. I don't think that there is any difference between boys and girls when it comes to intelligence. It depends on the person. Blessings.

I am a primary school teacher. I have found out that intelligence is something that may differ in each individual. Boys and girls learn in different ways and become ready for learning at different ages. Older boys tend to perform well in exams and older girls tend to do better in course work. Children begin school at 4 years old in the reception class. It is a legal requirement to start school before the age of 5. Girls are often more ready for learning to read and write at this young age. Boys prefer playing with toys and find it more challenging to take the early steps in reading and writing. They are ready by age 7 and catch up with the girls. Girls may like a variety of books and boys may only enjoy non-fiction books. Girls may excel in literacy and boys may be better at Maths. Ability is only part of the story, motivation is important in learning. A hardworking child with average intelligence may do as well as a highly intelligent child that is lazy without much motivation. Welcome to My Lot.
