Hey just i surfed youtube, for this film trial, but i found the thing that how the 300 spartans are look alike, in olden days the spartans had a exercise formula if you follow such formula you can get the shape of the spartans, you have to work out all the exercise 300 times thats it, you want more information about the spartans bodybuilding you can find it in youtube.......

This is courageous movie and truly inspiring. This is my favorite movie well taken. I watched it twice

lol they do look alike. The movie was real great. Too bad they had to all die, but the ending where they have 10,000 just made the movie one of the best movies ever

Interesting... 300, the movie was a very good thing, even if it is true that the 300 spartans looked rather as body building champs than aristocratic soldiers of a city-state belonging to iron age... Indeed, if you take a look to the movie you can see a spartan looking different: the 301st. LOL good bye
