Life partner... 21 and it's over? I would have thought that Indian people were a bit more sensible than those in the Western world. Obviously not! First thing you should do is to ask yourself why you married him/her in the first place... Second... did you change? Or did he/her change? If it is you who did change... you can blame yourself and fix it. And yes... people do change between the age of 18 and 21. And you will continue to change every five years as you learn what's life is all about. The only people who don't change are those who never learn anything.
