should divorce be really implemented in every war in the family by the spouses? we are a catholic country here in philippines but i understand very well how spouse suffers with his partner in life, so i understand the problem... however, i don't think divorce should be implemented. what do you think?

Hi Fianne,
If you ask my opinion divorce should really be implemented. Why, lets all be realistic here, if your marriage doesn't work why force yourself to be with that person if your unhappy or if your marriage is full of violence. Maybe you'll be better off as friends. Here, in the Philippines divorce is not recognized under the Philippine laws. That's why some Filipinos get married outside the Philippines. There's nothing really wrong with this kind of setup. Except, when they say it's convenience in getting a divorce abroad.

hi dettesky... yes, there are sorts of happenings that one should go for divorce but if they can save their relationship, why not try first rather than go and divorce? then you get married again and if your marriage does not work again, you go dicvorce again.

I do think that there may be times for divorce, but I also believe that it is made to easy to get one. I think there should be stricter laws to get out of them. When you marry, it is supposed to be for better or for worse, not get mad and leave.

In my own opinion, I will not agree in Divorce. Marriage for me is sacred and I don't want a divorce. That's why before I got married I need to know to myself that the person I marry is the one who I love and the one who become my love forever until the rest of my life.
