Is Amway still going?

Amway is still around. It's called Quixtar now but it's all the same stuff. Go to their site (you can probably intuit the URL based on the company name) and you'll see all the familiar products: Nutrilite, LOC, SA8, Satinique...it's all there. I was in around the same time you were (1995-1998). I wonder if Dexter Yager is still at it with all the garbage that was exposed about his "Support System..."

I hear that... the best part was when I quit and my sponsors told me that I signed an agreement to keep receiving tapes for six weeks after I quit the biz. I showed them a stack of tapes that all said "purchase of this tape is optional" on them and politely explained that it doesn't matter if your upline makes you sign a contract if the contract isn't legally enforcible and that one simply wasn't. You are aware that the "system" was the only real way to make money in Amway, right? At least it's the only way to keep up that lifestyle because at diamond level you would only be making $300,000 or so a year, hardly enough for things like private jets and Prevost motor coaches...

Yes, of course, AMWAY is still exist. I am one of the member through Network 21. Just for you information, last februay 2008 (sorry forgot the date) AMWAY, just opened in Vietnam. Did you quit from AMWAY long time ago? Oh it's too bad. if you still existed maybe you become a founders diamond now. do you want to join again?:-)

I am not into amway but however my cousin is and yes it is still around. They have their own website still where you can go and join.

Yep...Amway is still going. I am from Malaysia and it is still going strong. I come from a long line of family member being in Amway. We do use the household cleaners alot. It is value for money and the quality is still there.

well andy , you answered it well, after all rumours are rumours. my cousin ,my aunt are still working with amway, and i guess that they too must have joined about 10-12 years back, recently last year my father-in-law too have joined, i hope you must be knowing about nutrilite products too, that are of amyway too.

Amway is a big company. So I think it is just a rumor. However, I have never used Amway's products as they are not sold in the department stores etc. You have to find the sellers to buy from them only. I don't like this kind of selling way.

To my understanding Amway can't operate in North America but it can anywhere else in the world. Quixtar is the NA version of it. I have also run into people from 'The Team' which, from what I was told by a Quixtar person is a rouge group that couldn't follow the rules and broke away. I ran into a person from the 'Team' as (to my opinion) he was very secretive about it, seems to me they don't sell products but only leadership course information.
