hi adminr, i just read that also from one of my friend nurse she send me some info about that and some picture of 2 water heat in the microwave and normal water and pour it in the plants after a days or month the water heat by microwave was die and the normal water that pour to the other plants is still ok and well but i forgot all the info i read i will check in my email if still there or i deleted already well i dont use too much microwave to heat my food and when i use it i dont stand very near i just comeback when its finish:-)

micro cooking does destroy nutrients in food more so than conventional cooking - also have you ever noticed that micro heated foods get cooled down really fast? stove cooked foods retain their heat for a much longer time.
I began to wonder how safe microwave usage was after several miscarriages and a still born child - and gave up the microwave 9 years ago -
I do not miss it at all, except sometimes when heating up rice - but, all I have to do is wrap the rice in a bit of foil and pop it into the toaster oven. voila!

There are so many stories about the bad things about microwave appliances but there is no real prove that it is bad for us. If it is really bad then microwave appliances would have been banned from the market.
