Has anyone started trying the new diet product Alli?

If so...how does it work and has it been an effective way for you to lose weight?

Also keep in mind, that according to their website, it causes stools. If you don't know what those are, go to dictionary.com :P
It even suggests that you were a dark dress in case of unexpected stools lol. Honestly, I suggest to stick on a diet and go to the gym. Diets are hard, and commercials LIE, saying they don't work, but if you try, they do. Keep away from bad food, work out, and over time it'll work.
But like the other guy said, it does keep you on the toilet a lot, like many others lol. You let go of all the bad foods :)

I was curious about this as well. I'm going to look more into it and see what it is like.

Alli and all the other products similar to it are diuretics which means basically that you will be on the toilet a lot. This is to get rid of toxins and whatnot. Hope this was helpful.
