how many times do you eat in a day?
I know some people, like me, don't really eat breakfast. That's the reason why sometimes I have been scolded by my mother or boyfriend. Coz I'm anemic too!:( I've gotten used to skipping breakfast but I'm trying to eat breakfast nowadays. Trying to get used to it.
There's breakfast, lunch and dinner. But some people still have in between snacks and midnight snacks...
How about you? How many times do you eat in a day? Do you skip meals sometimes?

Yup, like you i skip breakfast most days too. I know breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day because it starts you off. but since young, I have not really been able to eat breakfast since i had to wake up very early to go to school.
and i don't feel like eating that early as well. sometimes i explain it to others by saying that my tummy hasn't woken up yet. so usually i would have a hot drink.
these days i seldom even have anything until i reach the office. then i get myself a hot drink or make an instant drink from some sachets.
so far it has worked well for me, and health tests have indicated that I'm in the pink of health!

I make ti sure to eat three times a day. Morning is the most important. I make it sure that I am full during breakfast. It helps me survive the everyday work. It makes me physically capable of doing my daily tasks.

Actually i eat only 2 time a day, just i take coffee in the morning the my lunch will be normal like rice or bread & my dinner will be light like salads, low fat cheese & bread, in this country bread is the best.

I try to always have breakfast, but when I'm not working I tend to sleep until a little later and sometimes skip it.
I am kind of used to eat more or less every 3 or 4 hours, but I often skip when I'm busy. Still my stomach kind of warns me when it's time:)
SO let's see I try to have breakfast, and usually have lunch and dinner. In between I often have a fruit snack.

I like to eat three meals and one snack a day, but sometimes this is too hard to do. I try to eat breakfast around 9am and then lunch around 1pm and then supper around 6pm and then a snack around 9pm. But it doesn't always work out that way. I have a hard time eating breakfast because i'm just not hungry in the morning. But lately I just make myself eat. I usually just have a bowl of cereal with a piece of fruit, like a banana. For lunch I usually have a little bowl of soup and then a big meal for supper. By the time my hubby gets home from work he is starving so we have meat and potatoes and vegetables and salad. Then in the evening I like to have another piece of fruit, like an apple or an orange.

I eat three small meals a day with lots of snacking in between. I used to skip breakfast as well, and I would also get scolded too. Then I discovered that it's better for you to eat something in the morning because it boosts your engery for the day - get your metabolism going. Also, I find if I don't eat something in the morning I eat way too much at lunch time.

I eat snacks throughout the day. I only really eat one meal per day. it's not a very good habit, but I never get very hungry at a time.

I hate 3 big meals a day. I'M too much hungry in the morning to skip breakfast. I use to do that, but I started to eat every morning and now I'm always doing it.
I will also eat 2-3 snack a day. I'M pregnant so I'M always hungry but I have to watch what I eat because I have pregnancy diabetes. So my snack or most of the time fruit or chesse or nuts :)

Sometimes I skip my breakfast coz I have not enough time to eat,though I know skipping my breakfasts are not good for health,moreover,it is easy to get weight!My body will take more energy from lunch.
Sometimes I eat midnight snacks,I feel hungry and want to eat something to satisfy myself.

Hello dear glitzypurple. I eat three meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do not skip any of the meals for the sake and protection of my stomach. Sometimes when I feel hungry from evening work in the office, I would have some snacks because of my feeling hungry.
I do hope that you never skip breakfast and will soon get used to it. You know, breakfast is very important to us as it offers us energy to begin a day's work and the stomach is empty after a night's sleep and it needs to have something to fulfill it to make the stomach in good condition. Since I am acidic, I see to it that I eat breakfast. I try not to miss meals. Normally, I eat 3x a day too. :) But during seminars, I tend to eat 5x a day. :D

I have two meals that's my lunch and dinner.I normally skip breakfast,I just have a big mug of coffee which makes me full.

I had cancer surgery 2yrs ago, and the treatment left my digestive system messed up! I'm on a special diet, have to watch what I eat, and control how much I eat!
But I'm used to it now, I just have to eat on a certain schedule, almost like a work schedule!
Other than that I feel pretty good , and so far everything has gone well for me!

Hi friend,
I usually take meals for twices and in between them i took breakfast and snacks too.Totally in terms of numbers allround i will eat 5 times a day.Sometimes i may skip my meals at night if it late too.I will take water much more than meals as i came it is more good for health.

I find that I normally eat about 3 times a day. I don't normally eat breakfast but I do eat a little something in the morning to my medication doesn't make me sick when I take it. And sometimes if I am in a bad mood I will skip meals but I try not to do that too often.
