"Treat people like winners and they will become winners."
Psychologists call it the Pygmalion Effect.
(I should have written this entry weeks ago.)
Anyhow, the Pygmalion Effect.... This has been my principle over the past months and will even apply it for the next months, for the next years... "Treat people like winners." This has been my principle whenever I taught and trained client's personnel. I knew that learning something different from their routine works is quite hard. Some of them refused. Some felt uncomfortable. Some were reluctant. But w/ God's grace, they were able to learn from what I taught them, if not mastered those new learnings. :) And I'm thankful that I had been an instrument. =)

There's a difference between expecting that someone will be somebody and believing on what that someone can do. Expectations are standards you set to yourself for that person; believing on someone is giving your trust and faith that the person will become who he/she wants to be. :)

Where I am right now, I am very much thankful.
And every single day, I appreciate life even more.
In every moment, I just feel so blessed.
And every single thing that I do, I offer it for His greater glory!
