Was it a fair ruling by the Courts to deny Briteny custody of their Children

She does seem to be going through some "issues" at the moment. However, I don't really follow celebrity life! I do feel that Courts ruled correctly in removing Britney's custody of her children until the matter becomes clearer. Until such time that it is clear she is able to handle it, she really shouldn't be caring for her kids.
