Hello,RD! kartik was selected as second wicket keeper and an opening batsman.as yuvraj,dhoni and jaffer failed in last two tests sehwag,kartik,and pathan should be given chance in the third test.in that case sehwag and kartik may open the innings and dravid go back to his own position.pathan is a potential player who can be fit in to any position.the selection committee has selected the best of the bests and we have to try all of them.Good luck to Team India.thank you.
