Goose bumps!

We all know the we experience goose bumps if the whether is cold, if the environment is obsviously cold,if we are scared, if there is a yucky feeling I guess. But what if you experienced goose bumps and one of these I mention above is not present?

When someone narrates a chilling incident which is very touching then I do get goosebumps.
