Im trying to find any history on the punch hotel in hull

the punch hotel is on the princes dock in hull. It was built in 1896 but im not sure if it was a public house to begin with so i am trying to find anything historical about the building

im from hull and still live in hull, and ive been in there a couple of tiems before, its a nice pub/hotel and it looks quiet old, but i done know how old.
