Clixncash.com now with $0.25 minimum payout ???

I have noticed this about 2 days ago after they have told the members that paypal payment method is come back on
they've change their minimum payout from $0.05 to $0.25 without notice anyone
and haven't change the $0.05 minimum payout at their homepage
or they're just change to $0.25 to delay the payout and funding their account ??

I had not noticed that they did this. I never cash out at the minimum at that site anyway. I alway wait until I have more money built up. I can make 5 cents a day on that site easy. I don't want to waste my time requesting payout everyday. PayPal was giving them grief about having so many payouts all the time, so I can see why they changed it.
