I spend more time reading. I find that by the time I respond others have wrote the same response that I would have. I try to respond to newer post.

I would say that I'm about 50/50. I certainly do not want to comment on things that I know nothing about or where I add nothing to the conversation. I am funny that way...I dislike "Me Too" posts.

Yes I do and I think most of the people here spend more time in reading posts rather than writing their own. When you are posting your response then in that case you also have to go through the posted responses and the actual discussion details.
You will also be reading a lot here when you are asking help on some issue like finding others opinion about a service or anything. For example I want to know how does a site www.moneybookers.com works so I search it and then go through the results one by one to know a bit more about it.In this way I will be reading a lot.

Definitely reading. I really enjoy hearing about what other people have to say. There are so many interesting people here on MyLot. There are also some discussions that I find upsetting though as there are a lot of ignorant and aggressive people here too. I don't tend to respond to them either though as I don't like conflict and often these people are so set in their ways that there's no point in responding as you can't get through to them and they seem to enjoy the drama they create, so why feed it?

i like to do both ....I think the main idea behind these forums is that everyone should participate and give their own view...
I would like to do both depending on the topic ...and discussion ....

Hello dear c",)
well, i guess for me i spend more time reading than posting that is why it been quite a long time before i reached 500 posts. c",) i enjoy reading my friend's posts and the comments from others... well as long as i'm happy about just reading it's fine right, but this year i aim for more posts. You to my friend, do keep posting those happy thoughts or just about anything you want to post.

I also do the same. I really hate to post unless I have something to say, and then I have learned to try and stay away from any controversy as it seems that is not wanted on my lot. Unfortunate for us we don't get paid for every discussion we read.

It seems like I have been speding more time readin than writing. I think that is just cause some of the post I start reading only to find out I don't have anything to say to it, or just am not interested in it. So yeah I read more then post.

I'm still spending more time in reading than posting. It automatically happens, I think, because we will read a topic n the responses also. And because some of the responses are interesting, yah, we will read more and more, and than forget to do posting :)
