Should I pick best response?

I always pick best responses for my discussions, i'm not sure if it gives you any extra earnings, or if it helps the other person out any either, but i use it as a way to keep track of my discussions and respond to the people responding to my discussions. My email option isn't working. So When i make a discussion i keep going back to "my unresolved discussions" over there on the left hand side under discussions. And then i can see who responded to what. and respond accordingly. I usually pick a best response when it seems that no one else is going to respond to my discussion. If it has been a few days and no one else has said anything after i responded last, then i will choose the best response. I find the fewer you leave without best responses the easier it is later to choose a best respnse because its easier to remember who said what without RE-reading all the discussion again ;) Good luck with your best responses Vucjak :) and happy mylotting.

yes, it is advisable to always choose a best response for each of your discussion as this could be the only way to have your topic resolved. Doing so i guess will benefit both you and the responder you've choosen as it will add weight to your participation and ranking. Depending on how other members react to the opening discussion, i would normally wait 3 days before picking out the best idea. But if by then i don't see any best yet, i give another 3 days more.

Hi Vucjak, Picking best response for your discusion is something like encouraging your friends who are responding to your disscussions. This will also adds to your reputation or participation in mylot which in future effects your participation percentage on mylot.At the same time picking best response will also improves rating and participation of the person who's response is selected as a best.
