Is there milo or any other chocolate type drinks? hehehe you could try one of those if there is... otherwise maybe call someone you know to bring you over some... When I was younger I used to babysit some kids and the parents used to make sure there was a huge container full of lollies etc... for me at that age they were the best people to babysit for as they always had good drink & food for me and would hire out a heap of videos etc (yeah they were videos then not DVD's) for me to watch. I loved it :)

Heeh oh there is always lots of food in the house there, the are pretty well off. But they just try not to eat junk food apparently. She is pregnant too though so i dont see why she wouldnt have any darn chocolate in the house! I did find some powdered chocolate milk, but the can was dusty, so i dunno how long they had had that in there, i passed just in case.

Id probably go crazy and shout Damn you sweet brown sugary substance stuff, while no one was listening. If there was a possibility id ask a good friend if they could run an errand for me and i would give them a nice treat for doing it. Otherwise its a hard case, the best would be if you could take them for a walk, and the kid(s) give them a treat. Otherwise i think its hard to plan ahead and create a secret stash without eating it all upp instantly.

I would have taken the kids out had i had a leash or something for them both lol. It's pretty hard to hold on to 2 17/18 month old kids. They are fast, and there are no sidewalks where she lives. . so i was not going to chance it. Better safe then sorry ;)

I have had this happen to me before and I had to wait till the next day to get to the store to buy something with chocolate. I really hate when that happens because you always end up craving it when there is not handy. lol

I might call someone to bring me some. I have bad cravings for chocolate. If I go somewhere and know i'm going to be there for awhile i'll bring some with me.

I have tried to call hubby. but APPARENTLY he failed to stay awake this afternoon even though he slept all night. And was supposed to come keep me company for a few hours this afternoon. FIGURES. That's just predictable.

Nope. My son is a chocolate monster, his grandmother buys bucket loads and if not her my wife and I. so whenever I am tempted to have some, least I know to raid my sons draw. (he as an whole drawn dedicated to just chocolae bars) You should see his sweet collection. ~Joey

so the next time you will babysit always make sure that you have extra chocolates at hand so that you will not be able to crave chocolates soooo bad...

Just divert your concentration to some other thing. Grasp a magazine or newspaper or something to read, otherwise tell them to switch on TV and start watching some sports or anything fictional. If you cannot, just close your eyes and Imagine a chocolate. Imagine, you are holding a bar chocolate, it's covered, thick, soft and long. Slowly, you tear off its cover and begin undressing it. Now the chocolate is bare, you are holding it with your 2 hands and ready to break. Then, here you break it... slowly....and there you find.. a living COCKROACH!! It's half buried in the chocolate and battling to get out. Seeing all this, you scream....Aaaaaauuuccchh...eww..you throw it away. Try this next time and let me know if you still crave.

Come on little Sis, just how long are you going to be locked up there baby sitting? They will let you out before you wither up and die from lack of chocolate won't they? Let's see, you live in Canada and they did not even have the makings for hot chocolate in the house? That is downright UnAmerican. Oh, thats right, we don't own Canada do we. Next time before you baby sit, make sure they at least have hot chocolate in the house. Good grief, that is just not right. I bet they didn't even have marshmallows either did they?
