i really cant understand why court officials and cafcas personel always believe the liars and not the truthful people out there ,putting kids at risk from dangers only truthfully known to the people concerned they choose to believe that certain people are little angels and take sides with them when in actual fact they are acting like butter wouldnt melt just to win over them , and there getting away with it and until something happens to the child they believe that there isnt any problems but sometimes its too late....i cant believe that what are supposedly to be very clever people believe liars ....not fair at all....

Well, people can be frustrated by any time spent in court. If you feel you are right and the court disagrees. But, to say the courts always believe liars? I don't know about that.
It seems to me that these people do have to try and sort truth from fiction. They may be good or not so good at doing so. But if they always believed the lairs, then the people's confidence in the court system would fail and everyone would go back to six-shooter justice.
As we do not have world anarchy, I must assume that the court does make mistakes, but also tries hard to get it right. It can be difficult, in some cases, of child welfare. How you present yourself can make a world of difference. Being well spoken, appearing clean cut and literate, these can go a long way.
And.. being able to keep your cool.
Now that said, I can understand your frustration more than you might realize. Once upon a time, a man broke into my house and tried to take my daughter away. He was discovered by my wife, who woke me. I saw all the doors out the back of my house standing propped open -- such that a man with a sleeping child in his arms might be able to get outside easily.
The police didn't help. They didn't believe us and I won't belabor the points in too much detail. I think that .. either they didn't want the news to report an attempted child-abduction, they were looking for an easy solution, or something about my personality came across wrongly. When I started trying to get them to see the truth, they just dug into their position even deeper. [ This did require a certain immunity to something called, "logic" but apparently the police had been immunized against it. :) ]
Sometimes, you just can't win.
Now, whatever your case may be, I hope you can find good legal representation. The child's welfare is the most important thing. But if justice comes down on the wrong side, you'll have to learn to live with it and try to make the best you can out of what you have. Unfortunately, I have no idea about the specifics of your situation, so I can't offer any suggestions to try. Best of luck for the children involved.

well thats life theres always the way with those who play with the truth and they always get away with it. I guess there are attorneys who work for the money and not for the truth.
