I have been married for almost 18 years and I can honestly say I am more in love with my husband than ever before. What I love best about him is that he works at keeping our relationship fresh, romantic and sexy. I am also so grateful that I can trust him with my heart. He is faithful and true. Come on ladies, let's hear it! What do you like best about your husband?

I can't choose just one thing. First of all my husband makes me feel secure. No matter what comes up I know it's going to be ok. Another thing is that he's gorgeous, polite, upstanding, and leads the family with Christian values. I guess that's more than one thing, LOL

Sounds like he's got a lot going for him and you are blessed to have him. Leading the family with Christian values is key. It sure doesn't hurt that he's gorgeous and polite, etc. Thanks for sharing.

I am not normal by any means. And not only that, but I have some mental problems. I have bi-polar disorder, on top of which I have an ovarian disorder that causes severe mood swings sometimes. He not only accepts me with all my problems, but he helps me as best he can. He takes care of me sometimes when I need it since I'm sickly, too. I don't think there are any other men who would put up with how I am and the things I do.

What a great guy! His love for you is shown by his actions. That's the way it should be. Love is a verb, it requires action. I'm sure there's plenty that you do to bring joy into his life as well. Thanks for sharing.

Honesty is an important quality. Without that there's not much else that matters but I know what you mean about too much honesty (and maybe not enough acceptance). I experience that in some areas (especially cooking)from my husband. I was devastated when I made him meals when we were first married and he ALWAYS had a complaint or a s-u-g-g-e-s-t-i-o-n. Oh well, I know I have my faults too so we accept each other for better or for worse...right?

I love my husband for his ability to care and be thoughtful. While I listen to friends complain about their husband I have nothing but praise for my main man!
This morning he let me sleep in (we have 2 children 6yrs & 18mths)so you can imagine how great that was. He actually does it once a week without complaining or being asked. While I was resting he cleaned the house up and got a few loads of washing out the way so we could spend time together when I woke.
It is the little things that leave the biggest imprint on our hearts

Wow! Kudos to your husband. I can imagine how much you appreciate his stepping in to help and give you some relief. Just the fact that he is in tune to your needs is great in itself. Some guys don't have a clue what their wives really need. I think we need to be careful as wives not to complain too much about our husbands. Why focus on the negative and not instead notice all the positive qualities. Isn't that what we want them to do for us? Thanks for sharing and you're right it's the little things...that make the biggest difference.

What do I like best??
Husband = his patience with me and my disorders, quirky behaviour, off the wall attitude etc and his acceptance that I am the way I am and will never change for anyone...I love his intelligence, his determination and grounded ways (he says that he keeps me grounded and I make him reach for the stars) and his willingness to be openminded in life....
My bf = WOW...I love his creativity..the fact that he's a harda$$ and hardcore but also a huge teddy bear, the fact that he doesnt give up even if he DOES scr#w up at times..he'll pick himself up and slap himself around then start fresh..LOL BASICALLY he's an older, male version of me..
