DO you like china's food?

I do like Chinese food, but I like the American version of it. I find that the Chinese food in China...isn't it just called food there? Has too much ginger in it. You know that ginger tends to make foor taste "plastic" when there is too much. I have made three or four business trips to China. I always have to be careful about what I order.
