Customer Service : best and worst experiences

I'm sure that the average person out there has some great as well as terrible experiences in customer service. I, for one, have had my equal share of both. Maybe I'm picky, but I've had cases where a customer representative would be reluctant to assist me when looking for a particular item in the store. In other cases, I've had customer representatives provide exceptionally good service. What kind of experiences has anyone else experienced?

i work as a cashier and the customers are not right, i get blamed for vouchers that wont scan even though its not my fault if the computer wont accept it, nothing i can do, most of the time the customer hasn't bought the right product that the voucher says, most customers are so rude and look down to people working in stores, so i'm always extra nice when i go into other stores. i do agree though some people do give bad customer service but i think the best thing is to complain about them get rid of the workers who are letting the side down lol
