This is very interesting and will be extremely helpful to me in the future. My asthma isn't bad, but I struggle with it at times. It's just basically more annoying than anything else. My asthma is sports induced. I don't play sports anymore and rarely exercise. I'm not overweight, so I don't have that to deal with either. I know you mentioned warm milk, which sounds intriguing. Unfortunately, I have allergies also. I'm allergic to milk! The good things is that you've offered so many remedies here that I can choose from any of them. Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness. I heard they're working on a permanent cure for asthma. Wouldn't that be amazing?

I beg to differ on the milk............most asthmatics don't use milk.In bronchioasthmatics milk causes mucus production causing congestion.
Cure for asthma ? Asthma is an autoimmune disease.................don't think it would be cured that easily but i'm sure these tips help because I do identify with many of your steps.
we should keep the weight down but it is harder for us who have to be on steriods all the time and may be exercise sensitive.
