for you point number 9, I don't think it will help.
My main cause of my backache is my sleeping posture, though I have tried sleeping on a flat surfaces before, but it just make it worse. Maybe it is because of my sleeping habit, I roll when I sleep and I sleep facing the sides. I suggest a good bed or a good pillow, the type that support your neck as most of the backache problems root back to the problem on the neck.

hi.
My partner has had some bad back and shoulder pains for a while now. His work is probably the cause of this. He had tried everything to stop the pain, so bad sometimes that he cannot move.
3 nights ago I thought maybe if i massaged Arnica into it, it may help. I have done this every evening so far and he is just amazed at the difference. He has been feeling so good that his birthday treat today is to go and play golf. He must be feeling heaps better because I have yet to hear complaints about his pain today!

My husband and I both suffer from back pain. He swears by Absorbine Horse Linament! I thought he was nuts at first but it actually does work, it seems to penetrate deeply. The only draw back is the smell though I did happen to find some with a minty odor but it doesn't work as well.
Just thought I would add that.

Something that you have really mentioned that is correct. What an insight to things that one needs to take care off. Hats off to you. also once can try flexing muscles, walking barefooted on sand, using accupressure sandals, splippers can also make a difference to backache
