I do neither. I do some of my best thinking when I am angry.I don't cry because I would be too angry to cry. And I don't rant because I assume people would listen to me. I believe action speaks louder than words, so I sit and plan the perfect response to whatever happened. In most cases it means that I Never acknowledge the person ever again. Or I just cut ties with them. Or the best thing is to do the complete opposite than what was expected. Whatever causes the best revenge, I 'll do but first I have to think about it first.

i dont think that is neccesarily the best solution the people u love the most have the ability to hurt u the most so y wuld u cut them out of ur life just because the made u angry? i honestly believe its worth talking about and trying to forgive but never forget because if it becomes a habbit u should cut them out

If whatever they did hurt me enough for me to be livid, that is a sign that they don't respect my feelings So instead of doing something criminal to them back, it is better to cut them out of my life. If it is just a argument, I can see trying to talk it out. But if you hurt me deeply, there isn't Anything you can do or say that will make me forgive or forget.

when i get angry like that (not very often) i get real quiet and and go shopping and think about everything i want to say to that person and then icall them and we get together and i explain to them i did not appreciate what they said/did and we try to talk it our and then we cry i do that everytime with the exception of one time the girl was making fun of my sick child and i just went compledetly crazy on her i yelled and cusses and threw stuff and i dont even remember doing it i got called into the office at work where it happened and the plant manager said "im not saying u cant act like that i would of to but i am saying u cant behave like that at work" and then the other girl got fired

It depends on what or who I am mad at. I usually will rant up a storm. If I cry over it than things are really going to get ugly. That means my feelings have been hurt & I am really going to be angry.

It really depends on the situation. Sometimes I want to rant and rave when I am angry, but if the situation seems hopeless or as if there is nothing I can do to fix it or change things, I tend to cry.

I rarely get angry. So when I do. I usually visualize something over the top. Like for example i was flying to L.A. and a flight attendant kept hitting my shoulder. So I visualized me running through the isles and creating a scene. Hahahaha.
I do cry alot though. just never when im angry

I prefer to rant. I don't cry often, let alone when I'm angry unless I'm already stressed and someone just comes along and just completely makes things absolutely crazy. So, I just rant and rave and be done with it.
