That sounds like a good idea. I find if I do not eat after a certain hour, I do not gain weight. Unfortunately I live in a cold climate and it is hard to get out of the house in the evenings. And I am usually more hungry for carbs in the evening then during the day. So if I were not decide to eat after a certain period of time, I am sure that I would not gain any weight and would even lose some.

i am using this kind of diet for so many years now. and in case i feel hungry i drink a glass of lofat milk. it helps me loose weight and still using it to maintain the body weight i desire. but as all diet programs you need to exercise too. goodluck.

huh, I haven't heard of that diet yet. I have heard that your not supposed to eat after 9. But never after 6. but it could be a good idea. You will have to let us know how it goes. good luck!
