I've been there before. I know how it feels. But I also know it's the easy way out and even if you do die - you leave your friends and family behind with whatever problems you had and the pain of losing you.
I'm not saying it's easy. Sometimes just living can be painful. However, life is a struggle from the moment you take your first breath. Depressing as it might be - we kind of have to fight to live.
Talking it out helps... sometimes just bouncing ideas around can open a way out. Speaking to a "professional" also can help too.
When I was having my rough time, I spoke to my university counselor at the health center. I didn't mention anything about wanting to die but just the immense stress I was under. I guess it helps having a neutral party.

The problem is i hide it. I don't have to talk to at home. They think that I am that strong but deep inside me I am really hurting. They don't know my problems. If i would share it to them I know they will be much affected. I keep it only to myself. I try to vent it out here in mylot and in my blog. Its really hard.
Thank you very much for your comments. I really appreciate it.

I am sorry to hear that you life hit a low point in December. Well done for sticking with life and trying to feel happier. Everyone has problems and life can be very sad sometimes but dealing with difficulties makes makes you an emotionally stronger person. Life is full of highs and lows, happy and sad times. I always think things will get better and wonder how my life will be this time next year. Having a caring family and supportive friends can help you. Try doing things that you enjoy. Maybe write a list of everything you want to solve and then tick them off as you sort these problems. Then reward yourself with a fun activity, like watching a movie, reading a great book or going for a walk somewhere lovely. Good luck. Your life will improve.
